Private Technical Secondary School (Vocational)/Dakhil (Vocational) Teachers-Staff MPO Enrollment Application Information Table

For teachers who can't do MPO online or don't know about it, the latest national rules are informing. Therefore, from now on, no applicant will have to go to the Upazila Education Officer's office. No need to contact anyone. The head of the institution has to upload the application online properly.

If you apply online, the status is monitored by Maushi. Because, the concerned officials have the opportunity to monitor the status of the application on the dash board. As a result, no upazila or district education officer can retain the application. He has to forward the application within the stipulated time (if the papers are in order). Otherwise (if there is a shortage of papers) it should be rejected and sent back to the institution. However, in this case, the rationale for the return must be mentioned in the comment column.

Follow the steps below:

3. You need the help of Head of Institution to fill MPO application. With the help of a skilled computer operator, the necessary documents (papers) should be scanned and attached at the required places.

4. First, by entering the address http://application.emis.gov.bd:4040/adminLogin.aspx and logging in with the user ID and password reserved by the head of the institution, the MPO application form will appear. Online application for MPO can be sent any day of the year.

5. While filling the online application form scanned (all necessary with photograph) required documents (as mentioned in point no. 2) should be uploaded. After filling the form, the head of the institution will forward/send the application to the concerned upazila secondary education officer. Your or the head of the organization's work is over. Nothing else needs to be done.

Next is the process by which your application will progress:


1. Only those applications forwarded to the Upazila Secondary Education Officer's office by the 10th of December, February, April, June, August and October will be considered for the following months (January, March, May, July, September and November).

2. The MPO admission process will be completed within a maximum of 60 days from the date of application.

3. Applications received up to 10th of the month may be forwarded or rejected by the Upazila Secondary Education Officer within a maximum of ten days (within 20th) (mentioning reasonable reasons).

4. The applications received from the Upazila Education Officer within 20th of the month must be forwarded or rejected to the District Education Officer within a maximum of ten days (within 30th).

5. There is no opportunity to leave any application under any circumstances. A maximum of fifteen days has been kept for the regional office of Maushi for final disposal of the applications received by 30th. That is, these applications will be finalized by the 16th of the next month. And if the necessary documents are missing, the application can be returned to the institution from the regional office.
